Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

Great food. A little stingy on the sauces. Small plates with a good helping of food. Food comes quickly, server does not make rounds often. Wait was not bad. Overall an enjoyable experience. Ask about fillings of some dumplings as they have pork when not listed.

Triple Crown had pretty good ratings so we stopped by to try the dim sum. The restaurant was pretty busy but we were able to get seated right away. The dim sum menu has quite a bit of items probably over 20 items. The food was decent Chinese food it's more Americanized than we would have liked it to be. The other side of Chinatown across the other direction of Cermak Road has more authentic Chinese food. The bathrooms were clean and service was quick.

When you walk in there's a gold fish wishing well. You have to go up the stairs to get to the restaurant. It's an Asian old school feel, dragon design. They have a separate dim sum menu that you can ask for. They offer hot tea upon bring seated or you can ask for it. All meals come with white rice. The shrimp and Corn dumpling were too dry for me, my friend liked the shrimp and chive dumpling. The steak and onion with black pepper is good with extra gravy. The conversation was a little on the warm cool side, it wasn't hot enough... It was good with the chili hot sauce (you can request it) and sirachi. The workers don't have you waiting and check on you often.

We had a great experience today. Food was good and they had quick service. For people who prefer eating halal better ask the server about the dietary restriction. Many of their food items are made in pork oil they said. They would recommend you which food is not made in pork oil. We got vegetarian food after confirming with the server.

Iconic. Consistent. Delicious. My parents have been bringing us here since we were little. The quality and consistency has never changed. There is usually a wait but it’s worth it. Family-style is a MUST. Get it all. You can’t go wrong with their dumplings, steamed buns, potstickers, and the egg tarts for dessert. Order a veggie dish and a fried rice or noodle for the table. Also a specialty dish, something Szechuan or the Peking Duck. Service is efficient and quick. The ladies don’t play. This can be off-putting if you are expecting warm, friendly service but their priority is getting hot food to the tables and precision. If you’re nice to them, they will take care of you.
